“We had booked a large house in about February for the end of July for our family including our family from Singapore. Due to Covid we had to cancel the house because they couldn’t travel. We had to cancel the house and got our money back. Saying that we did have to pay the £2,000 at booking rather than just a deposit a few months before.”
