“I have made a booking Ref 353523100873 for Barcelona I have had confirmation but no further details in spite of the fact I have asked for clarity. A sum of money has already been taken out the information promised has not arrived SO I AM NOT HAPPY AND AT THIS MOMENT OF TIME WOULD NEVER ADVISE ANYONE TO USE YOUR SERVICES. I AM AT THE POINT OF CANCELLING MY BOOKING I have waited several months with no responsible reply”

“I would never use again nor recommend Home to Go or it’s affiliated partner Agoda . The accommodation I booked, they confirmed and charged for, didn’t exist. It was taken off the market in 2019 but was never removed from their website. I was left strand in London on my own at 9pm. Stay clear of this company. I’ve yet to receive a refund. DO NOY USE THIS COMPANY”

“Booked on the website and gave my payment details and was excited that had booked our summer holiday. Then received email the following day from the accommodation provider saying booking was cancelled as they had not availability. Glad I had not booked any flights / train or other requirements for the holiday.”

“I originally wanted to book from the 21st until the 1st of October as I was in Montreal on during that time one booking I had put into the op those exact dates upon hitting, confirm suddenly the dates was retained from the 27th until the 4th which dates that were no good to me I spent five days trying to get ahold of hometogo cancel my reservation to my dismay I was unable to do so then I called the location at which the reservation was made I was told to call back on the day of my check in I did so I was told I had to call again the following day as the office for the accountant was not open it has been a Non-Stop battle trying to cancel this request I will no longer use hometogo as it is just some side app that has no idea what it's doing”
