“Stayed in a flat in Headington for 2 nights and flat very clean and all had everything we needed plus extras like a coffee machine and complimentary tea and coffee. Requested 2 hour later check out and were told it would Cost an additional £35.00 for the pleasure which we felt was very steep considering we had paid nearly £400 to stay in the flat for less than 48 hours. A week on From the stay and I still have not received my £250.00 deposit back into my account, which would make me think twice about booking with Hometogo again.”

“It was easy to book however PayPal didn’t load and no payment was taken. I then received booking confirmation and was left confused as to if the booking was complete. I then had to email to try and resolve however I had a lovely email from customer service who are looking in to the booking for me.”
