“I received the information in a timely manner but not sure how they arrived at the total value. Besides the double wide mobile home on the property there is a large front porch, double wide porch on the back of the home, a separate concrete floor double car garage, a storage building and a fairly new 30X60 metal building on concrete with half of it having a/c and heat. It has a large pond and 17.06 acres fenced.”

“It took three tries to get the proper discription of the house, but no actual information was available. I needed the full report by the next morning so it was basically a waste of my time and money. I had high hopes for this site.”

“The information is not exactly accurate to date. Doesn't allow for changes. For example, this home has 3.5 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms but the report says 3/2. Not a bad user experience.”
