“Most of the information received is no different from other sites that offer this analysis. Zillow offers some of this information at no charge and no waiting time. Sellers name is usually omitted and no check list is furnished. Some of your information is more specific and very helpful.”

“Very easy to use and provided a reasonable assessment of the value of my house. However, it seemed to not account for the condition of the house especially those aspects that are most important to buyers like updates.”

“My experience is limited in the report department, I guess I expected some additional details , saw the ad on television and just assumed it would be more thorugh (my assumption) not implied by ad , it would be my intention to consult a report like this just to keep the folks around me a little more honest , at least it was only a dollar. I believe it used to be free.This feedback is not a complaint ! Thank you”

“not the most complete records I would've like to have see, but gave me a basic value of what Zillow says the property is worth and gave the area schools and their state ratings. that's really all it gives you.”

“I would have liked to see the homes used as comparables. Many homes in the same nearby geographical area are much older and less desirable and can negatively influence the estimate. If I were able to determine what comparable homes were used to determine the estimate, I would have a better understanding of the accuracy of this report.”

“This report was fairly accurate, however, I asked for a fair rental price and did not receive that information. The information received could have been gotten for free on zillow.com. So, I was satisfied with accuracy, but not with the outcome.”

“I could not print the check list, so will have to go back and try. I was pretty close to the value that you gave us. Thank you. It did not take long to get the the report. We have two low maintenance decks, one in the front and one in the back, I do not know if this makes a difference. We also have a 20' x 12 barn type shed, besides the two and half car garage and the 30' x 40 pole shed. The two driveways are tared. Please let me know if this changes anything.”
