“I was thinking about re-financing my home and needed current estimate of home value, so found this site which provided the information I needed at a nominal cost. I also appreciated the property checklist, which appears to be a good tool for evaluating other property I may be interested in purchasing.”

“nice checklist to follow for first time buyer. most information same as zillow said that it would provide poperty value and land value as seperate items, did not see land value $. I would use sit again”

“It showed the wrong street view. It is not on Santa Barbara, though you might be able to see the back of the roof from there. It can only be seen from Ryan Lane a little bit. It also has 3 bedrooms and not 2 bedrooms as shown in the report.”

“I was able to see the square footage of the home plus the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. I could see the approximate location of the home. The financial report was helpful.”

“The property description was to old. Says it's a 1 Bdrm, 1 Bath. I've been inside this house and it's a 3 Bdrm and the Sq. footage is wrong. Not the fault of this Company it is the County Accessor's office records that need updating. Otherwise, good report.”

“I was surprised to see that you use Zillow to obtain your information. Many of the local schools are missing from the report. Overall, I think it was a waste of time. Now I know. Best, Michael”
