“I would have liked to see the homes used as comparables. Many homes in the same nearby geographical area are much older and less desirable and can negatively influence the estimate. If I were able to determine what comparable homes were used to determine the estimate, I would have a better understanding of the accuracy of this report.”

“seems to be missing some information, the disclaimer claims its up to date reports but i don't believe that to be true”

“This report was fairly accurate, however, I asked for a fair rental price and did not receive that information. The information received could have been gotten for free on zillow.com. So, I was satisfied with accuracy, but not with the outcome.”

“i could not print a copy of what the house was worth. any suggestions?”

“I could not print the check list, so will have to go back and try. I was pretty close to the value that you gave us. Thank you. It did not take long to get the the report. We have two low maintenance decks, one in the front and one in the back, I do not know if this makes a difference. We also have a 20' x 12 barn type shed, besides the two and half car garage and the 30' x 40 pole shed. The two driveways are tared. Please let me know if this changes anything.”

“Much incorrect information about house in report ( year built, number of bedrooms and bathrooms) although the home value seems to be correct.”

“Information on house was fairly accurate. Home is 4 BR not 3. Thought there would be some neighborhood information. Surprised at the poor rating of the nearest schools. No rating of local high schools. Last sale price of home not available.”

“Could have pulled same info up on Zillow., with no fee, or monthly commitment. Actually own the property and was looking for more of a comparison to recent area home sales.”

“I am not sure what I was expecting, but I thought I would see a picture of the property. Estimate of value does not show recent sales in Tollbrook Ridge, the HOA for the property. This property should be valued higher due to the size and layout of the lot and the excellent condition of the property compared to another property nearby which sold about one year ago.”

“Easy to use, although the picture that was shown at the address was neighbor and concrete has been added at side of house, year built was incorrect, may have been year plans approved by city, loan info was incorrect and didn't show much detail. Did search another property and info seem to match info on Zillow. I'd use again.”
