“It was quick and very inexpensive. It gave me some information that I hadn't seen before and a checklist of items that I might not have thought of without this report. I would have liked to been given a little more insight on how to interpret some of the information provided, but it was mostly what I expected, even though the pictures are from 4-5 years ago. I have a different landscape now and many trees that provide shade to the property.”

“WELL, YOUR REPORT WAS DAMN NEAR 100% CORRECT!!! SINCE "THE" REVIEW ON THIS PROPERTY A LOT HAS BEEN DONE, AS NEW OWNER: NEW ROOF; GUTTERS; TWO FENCES (ONE FENCE FOR A BACKYARD PORTION OF OUR REAR PROPERTY) AND THEN ADDED CONCRETE STAIRS AND CONCRETE BASE OF 10 X 12 PATIO AND THEN THE ADDITIONAL SMALLER FENCE AND GATE FOR ADDITION SAFETY. THE REASON FOR ALL THIS: THE BACK YARD WAS A TREACHUROUS DOWNHILL SLOPE AND ANYONE COULD GET HURT. DOES THIS HELP???”
