“HOME WAS DESCRIBED IN REASONABLE DETAIL. LOCATION NOT NOTED AS A CORNER LOT. VALUE WITHIN RANGE OF EXISTING SALES CONSIDERING THAT IT HAS ONLY I BATH ROOM. DOES NOT INFORM ONE OF THE NUMBER OF BED ROOMS WITHIN. HOWEVER ALL AND ALL PROVIDES ADEQUATE INFORMATION TO MAKE A REASONABLE VALUE OF ITS OVERALL WORTH”

“An honest and complete report, however, I would not consider selling this property for the estimated value. I am not considering selling anyway at this time or in the near future. This is an excellent middle class neighborhood and very friendly atmosphere. We have lived here for 34 years.”
