“Was able to find adequate information quickly. Inspection checklist is especially useful. Knowing more about the area would also be helpful - do you have a report on DogPatch? Selling prices, rental prices, availability, nature of surrounding area - e.g. predomininately residential or commercial or mixed use, impact of LARGE apartment complex adjacent to this property?”

“The report was provided with a honest statement that completion of the report, is subject to daily changes in the market, and as such provided to the client with this in mind! All submitted reported items were detailed in laymen's terms, which made it easy to understand and read. Even with photographs of the property in question, and a detailed informative requirement to have the home inspected to the sample questionnaire submitted with Zillows report. To me this historical background of the property, could be relayed to the potential individual who might be interested in purchasing the property , as stated herein. Overall, even with the derogatory statements made by disappointed individuals , I found this report most interesting and informative, to be used in our eventual selling or purchasing of the home. In closing, may I say, that in this world you can not satisfy everybody as nobody is perfect! But Zillow made a very good evaluation of the property for any one with an open mind, and not searching for minute details. Even Gold and most diamonds have errors in their presentation by the seller!”

“I like the review but the bathroom number was incorrect. I like the checklist for things to look at when looking for a house or selling your own. That was very helpful. Would like to have had a way to understand why the estimate for the was higher than I thought it should be. Overall a good value for the fee and thanks for having the service.”
