“Totally overpriced for what you get!
Paid almost $100 to send a basket for my brothers birthday and he got 10 common beers like Corona, Budweiser, Coors, in a metal pail.
That is a 400% mark up, crazy!!!!
Nothing special at all. I will never order from them again.

“I will never use this company again, I had such high hopes for this gift for my son's 30th birthday. I ordered the flight tasting package and they substituted the flight paddle (the key ingredient to this package) with a small paddle (only holds 2 glasses not the 4 that come with it) with a bottle opener on it. The beer that comes with this package are cans! When I addressed my dissatisfaction with the substitution they hid behind their disclaimers regarding substitutions instead of doing the right thing and finding a better substitution. Do not use this company!!!”
“I rarely ever give bad reviews. I know that companies are struggling. But this has infuriated me. I bought my husband the Mystery Craft Beer subscription for Christmas. The box arrived as requested. When he opened up the box on Christmas day the 6 beer selections contained at least 3 that were not craft beer and were brewed by one of the top 3 breweries in the world: A Bud, Moosehead and a Red Stripe. When I emailed them to see if they could improve on the next box (I think if there is a problem they should have an opportunity to make it up) they did not respond. When I finally found a phone number I was prompted to press 1 for a call back because the wait times for customer service was long. As soon as I pressed 1 I was immediately called back only to be placed on hold for 10 plus minutes...then the call was disconnected. This happened THREE times! So emailed their customer service only to receive a form letter asking me to send them photos of "the damaged beer". They did not even read the email. So I went to try to find my account where I placed the subscription to see if there was any place to it did not exist. I then signed up to register my account and the link sent by email was not active. So I give up. They have the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I urge you to find another company for a craft beer subscription as they do not help you when you need it and apparently do not stand by their product. They also clearly do not know what craft beer is.”
“I bought a subscription for my husbands birthday. It came on time. He opened the first can and it violently exploded all over his shirt and the floor. A few days later he tried another can and the same thing happened.....all 4 cans of the same beer exploded. The other cans in the subscription were fine. There was no visible damage to the box or any of the cans. I wrote an email to Customer Service with my phone number. I don't think they even read my email as they sent me a copy and paste reply. (I can tell as they asked for my order number which I had included in my email). They asked me to send a photo of the box and can. I sent a photo of the can - the box was thrown out. Neither photo would prove anything as there was no visible indication of damage. They dismissed me as I did not have proof. What was I supposed to do....take a photo of my husband opening every can? really? This was either a problem with production or storage as the other beers in my order were fine. I spent alot of money on this subscription. I do not feel you value me as a customer. Do you really think I am just after 4 free beers? Horrible Customer service.”

“In theory, this is a fun idea, especially for your beer-loving loved ones. But NOTHING was fulfilled as expected and all we got in the end was a sassy response from customer service about their terms & conditions. I initially ordered the Domestic Beer Subscription. As soon as I place the order, the Craft Mystery Box popped up w/ the same price. I realized, my husband would MUCH rather have that. This was my hasty mistake, of course, but I called customer service first thing in the morning, but no response. So I emailed and got a quick response. The website says deliveries go out the first Monday of the month. It did not. It went out the next day, which was the last week of July. So it was too late to cancel the first box, but CS was very helpful and said, no problem, we'll change you to the Craft Mystery Box for the remaining 2 months. Great! Nope. Come September, mid-month, still nothing. So I checked tracking. It had gotten stuck in processing. OK, no big deal, it happens. I contact CS again, they'e very helpful and apologetic and get the order shipped. We receive it quickly, in like 2-3 days! BUT, we got the exact same box as before, which didn't even include any domestic beers, but rather mass-produced imports (Corona, Fosters, Heineken, etc.). AND, they sent 2 boxes at once - so 2 months worth of boxes at the same time, containing mostly the same beers. So I contact CS again - Oops, another mistake. Not a single craft beer has existed yet. And that's when it went downhill. CS now claims I requested to have the next 2 boxes delivered together. When I asked for proof, they ignored that question entirely. Now they start spitting out their fine print in their terms & conditions, including stuff like "in RARE cases entire boxes need to be substituted" and finished off with, "We are sorry if you are not pleased with the selection of beers, but there is nothing we can do about it at this point." They literally NEVER sent a single craft beer (what we wanted) or domestic beer (what I had initially ordered). Only common imports that you can buy at any grocery story. I get it - you're paying for the experience, not the beer. But don't say you have craft beers when in the course of 2 months you, apparently, are completely out of inventory of craft beers??? So in summary, they were initially very helpful with the problems and then did a total about-face and basically said, "F*ck off there's nothing we can do." So definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND.”
