BEWARE. NOW OPERATING UNDER THE NAME OF Nautiue. They sent the wrong item. I ordered a desk lamp and they sent a cheap garden ornament. Keep trying to fob me off and asked me to return the item to China at my own cost. They are pretending to be in USA and if I had known it was actually China, I would never have placed the order as have already had issues with Chinese firms via Wish. Still no refund but am hoping PayPal will help.

Ordered an led interior light kit for a bmw and got fed up after 6+weeks waiting sent multiple emails(15+) eventually somebody finally replied and promised a refund but never got a refund. Avoid at all costs!

"He said she said" Customer care...... I ordered bulbs on line waited 1 week and got no dispatch email so I tried to make contact. No reply from email or WhatsApp. So I contacted PayPal and only then they replied through PayPal. I then got an email from them to my Gmail telling me not to be sending threats about contracting Visa.... Thats when the batshit crazy begins. Instead of an apology about not sending order, they began to get personal..... This is the last email they sent before blocking my email. We could not care less, please take your business elsewhere. We have had enough of a minority of customers like yourself without any regard to what’s going on in the world wanting goods there and then. Send the item back once it arrives for your refund. We will no longer reply to any contact from you. Goodbye, The guy really needs to hire a professional to handle his customer service..... I would definitely not recommend this business as its customer service has to be the worst i have ever seen. They are a one man band and dont even have staff going by your tax records .. if David Brent and walter Mitty had a baby they would call him Zain SHAH......

Horizon LEDS lied about refunding me and cut off communications. Only through a dispute with Paypal was i able to recover my money. They initially said Paypal took 5-7 days to process the refund.. when contacting Paypal they said there was no attempt of a refund.

Worst company I have ever felt with. Placed order for bulbs (website states item in stock) wait and wait and wait for item to arrive.....no reply from email/telephone/WhatsApp communication. When I get paypal involved I am accused of ordering a pre-order item and not willing to wait for it. Got my refund after a month. AVOID

The one star it takes to enter a review is an insult in itself. Like so many others who have had dealings with HLED, their customer service is appalling-After over 3 weeks I am still waiting for two types of LED I ordered and paid for after struggling to find the right type (hopefully) for my A180. Their automatic e-mail reply technique (telling you not to keep e-mailing them to chase your order due to the fact that "winter is their busiest period") is a con trick itself. It wasn't even winter when I ordered the goods! How are these people still in business? As many other innocent buyers have said; AVOID THEM.

This company seems to be run by gobby teenagers who think they're the dogs danglies. They're disorganised, unresponsive and have a frustrating tendency to blame customers for their shortcomings. I was criticised for not getting in touch with my problems, despite sending 2 emails, a WhatsApp message and a Facebook message. Only after a trust pilot review did I hear from them. Apparently they sent my items, but I've recieved nothing and I have no proof the tracking number they sent related to my order. Avoid them. It's not worth the fight.

As per the review below I also purchased some LEDs from Horizon for my BMW. When they arrived they were the wrong model (listed as my model) so I contacted them and they were happy to replace them with another item which I had to pay another £23.65 for- which arrived late despite paying extra for express delivery. When opened these were faulty and STILL did not fit correctly! They responded to my claim to return the items, accepted my delivery and have since failed to issue me a refund and Alex in ‘customer services’ has failed to reply to any communication through email and WhatsApp! I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Horizon LEDs agreed to refund a set of 9012 LED headlamp bulbs which were incompatible with my car and they issued me with a returns authorisation reference but they failed to process my refund or acknowledge my emails so I raised a dispute with my card provider who promptly arranged a full refund to my card - do not deal with this company

Bad experience from start to finish. Will not be using this company again. Placed an order and used the economy delivery service which states 3/4 days. My order wasn't dispatched for over a week. Kept receiving the same email everyday asking me to complete my order for the items left in my shopping basket. There were no items in the basket as I had already completed the purchase. Customer service was very poor and took an age to respond to my emails regarding the late delivery and annoying emails I was receiving everyday. Anyway, my order finally arrived but the bad experience didn't stop there. The LEDs for the footwell did not fit as they were the wrong ones for my car. Sent an email about this but of course it will take days to receive a response and I'm not feeling too confident that this will get resolved anytime soon. Having said all that, the LEDs that do fit look good and are of decent quality. Would not recommend this company to anyone and will purchase from elsewhere in the future.

Terrible! They just take your money. Customer service does not respond and blames you for your email not working properly once they finally do. Avoid this company.

Refund requested. Refund said its been issued, its hasn't and I'm currently £50 out of pocket. They don't carry stock, they dropship, which means they wait until they receive a few orders and then order it in to fulfil back orders, assuming its from China, so orders take a few weeks. They then contact you and say that it was clear on the website that there was nil stock due to popular demand. This wasn't the case. There was no such information. In fact, after checking, it says "in stock" yet an email from them says 7-14 days. If there was the real info, then they would not offer a next day premium delivery service. I opted for free delivery, 2 to 3 days. Glad I didn't pay for next day. Also it took 5 days to get a reply. It's just easier not to do business with them. Edit. They contatced me and were rude, no bother. But they copied in Trustpilot, talking nonsense about they work closely with them etc etc, however when I replied to all, the email address for Trustpilot wasn't even valid. Proper proper cowboys. Try reviewcentre and see the real reviews for this outfit, where they're all saying the exact same thing of ordering, not receiving and getting no replies to emails, apart from sales enquiries. There's not a contact number either, you can WhatsApp them.... They also asked me to send back the interior leds for a refund as they had cancelled the warranty on them. Who even talks like that? Paid £80 and all I've received so far is some Chinese LED interior lights that are the same as my mates from Ebay. Money taken, no goods, no refund! Falsified collection details and blamed carrier. No contact telephone number and do not reply toenails.

the worst company i have ever delt with. dont even think about using them, had to take the company to small claims courts before getting my money back on a refund
