“The problem is that the watering products DO NOT LINK to the hoses fittings that I or most people have. when I first bought a Spray Gun I was astonished that it arrived without any means of connecting it to my hose, I had to go and buy a separate fitting. I liked the spray gun, good quality and useful spray patterns, so i bought a second one with an attachment. Imagine my surprise when that fitting would not connect to anything unless I then ordered and waited for another fitting for the hose from Hoselink which would then mean that none of my other products would attach to it. It's all in the name really HOSE- LINK, well it doesn't. It is a shame, the Hoselink products that I have are pretty good, I just don't appreciate being manipulated into Hoselink for everthing or having to buy attachments everytime on top of what are already expensive products to make Hoselink LINK!”

“The Hoselink hose reels that we have are good porducts. The hose material seems very durable, and the fittings don't leak, which is a big advantage over most other hose fittings.”

“It is of great quality. Quick to purchase on line and delivery is quick. I haven't owned hoselink for a few years. I had hoselink when we owned our house. We sold and are now renting. After suffering a few years with inferior products, I finally treated myself to Hoselink. I love the new features on the hose connections and the hand sprayer. Awesome.”

“i have purchased a huge amount of Hoselink products, 5 hose reels for just one property and countless attachments, the early products are functioning well considering the age, newer items havent performed as well so tells me corners being cut due to cost pressures no doubt. Biggest issues i have emailed concerns and issues on a couple of occasions and no reply's which is poor form.”

“Trina brought me a new Hoselink Evolve for Christmas which I replaced the original Hoselink reel I had in the back yard with. Put the old one in the front yard so now 2 Hoselink reels & to be honest the whole thing has insipred me to get better lawns. With the new Evolve came the new stop end which at first I thought was a great thing, now after a month I'm not so sure. I like most people I think would start watering plants then maybe the lawn which by then you probably decide to put a sprinkle on. So you turn of the stop end and take of the spray nozzle, put on the sprinkle however when you turn the stop end back on, guess what happens? you get wet. Ok, we get over that and we have the sprinkle going on the lawn & you decide to move it, like most people do with a sprinkle on the ground they drag the hose to move it, guess what happens? the stop end catches on the grass & turns off. Which means you have to go to the stop end & turn it back on & once again get wet. Going to be honest here I flipped the little part that turns the stop end off & on so that when I do drag the hose to mpove the sprinkle it dosen't turn off ☺. Great products keep up the great work team, will always recommend.”
