“As per my phone call to Hose Link representative on the fault I discovered with my New evolve reel and internal section developed a water leak and talking with the representative she said a replacement one be sent and then doing so I sent the old one back so it could be examined for the fault Apart from that the house reel works fine specially The safe retractable hose mechanism.”

“Unfortunately I found purchasing 2 connectors challenging. I think it may be my mistake in the kit I ordered. I have left over parts. Non Hose Link videos were more helpful than yours :)”

“We ordered the product online and the product was delievered very promptly. Unfortunately one part was missing but it was very easy to remedy. The missing part again was sent immediately. Hoselink's service and product have met all our expectations! We would recommend Hoselink to all out family and friends!”

“I have found the Hoselink reel and hose to withstand the harsh conditions the Central West offer. The hose has not deteriorate in the hot climate and stinging 40 sun. Would recommend.”

“The Hoselink connections have been great, and have never leaked or come apart since we bought it. The spray fins do tend to last just a year before splitting, probably due to frosts in the area We only recently replaced the shutoff on the end of the hose as we ran over one, so decided to replace both at the same time.”

“Hoselink is a quality product that is priced fairly for the high quality. What I appreciate the most about Hoselink is they stand by their products and they offer great customer service and advice. “I am glad to have purchased the Metal Hose Reel Cart! Straightforward to assemble. Right from the start it is clearly a quality product showing care and thought in design features. A great garden investment and worth paying more than for inferior and cheap plastic reel carts.”
