“As usual with Hoselink’s quality products the service and back up are first rate. The flow control lever on our hose reel hose broke after five years and I thought I would need a complete new end fitting. A call to customer service which was extremely well handled, gave me brilliant news that the lever was available as a spare part and shipped in super quick time. Great service, quality products and well priced.”

“The problem with my reel was not an issue for Hoselink. It was way out of warranty and except for a small nominal charge to return it for a service and repair it was returned to me like new, complete with new parts that were long missing or broken. I would not hesitate to recommend purchasing a Hoselink product purely and simply for the fact that thay standby their warranties and service guides. It seems you have your reel for years despite deterioration from weather and use.”

“I ordered a retractable hose reel on the 13th of Sept and it is now the 26th and it has not yet arrived and I have been given no indication of when it will arrive. My order number is HL2055402.”
