“Disappointed when buying a replacement reel that it would not fit into the attachment from my original reel. This resulted in having to pay for a handyman to replace the backings including extra holes in my brickwork. Not happy”

“I purchased a spray wand from Hoselink and received $10 off for my birthday which was nice. I buy Hoselink products because they are super reliable and the shopping/delivery process is always seamless. Why would I want to shop anywhere else for my watering products?”

“Our festive lights solar panel stopped working. Hoselink replaced our set with a new one only charging for the postage. Fantastic customer service and always polite and helpful whenever I have contacted them by phone. Highly recommend Hoselink. Hoses and reels are super effective to water garden or wash our vehicles.”

“To me a gardens hose is just a garden hose but when I finally bite the bullet and bought a Hoselink. I understood why when I could have bought a cheaper one from Bunnings. Even my wife who rarely give praises told me that it’s good out of the blue. Customer service is good too when I didn’t realised in need custom connectors for my extended hose. They send me a set without charging me delivery. Awesome service and products.”

“I have had a few Hoselink hoses and noticed the quality is getting worse They feel very plastic and light now They kink and do not reel back as easily The nosel use to be metal now plastic”

“had a problem with the reel leaking out the bottom. had it replaced and when installed had the same problem. followed the directions as told by lable on box. either i'm very unlucky or there must be a production problem. would like to know the answer to the question”

“I bought the 30 m hosereel and I am very pleased with it. No more kinked hoses no more hoses lying around in the back yard. No more crappy fittings pulling apart!! Quality product that works really well. You do need some strength to pull the hose out however. I need 30 m but perhaps the 20 might be easier to pull?”
