Product got shipped.. the new and ‘improved’ evolve series 30m hose.. I install it, put it on.. leaks.. via the housing unit. Write to ask for help via the website.. no return:( Disappointing.

I followed the instructions and attached the reel to a brick pillar The plastic insert on the drilled holes were inadequate and it fell off I was looking forward to converting everything to Hoselink but will go back to Bunnings

I’m trying to find out why you have the wrong shipping address on my last order and why 2 pieces of my order are missing, even though they are listed on the shipping ticket! I just wish to talk with someone

I purchased Hoselink for my elderly parent with great disappointment to find out only after the fact that it does not work with any existing connections. Cannot connect up sprinklers, weed n feed sprays, gurney etc I believe this fact should of been clearly advertised before purchase

I have been a happy and loyal customer, for years. I was always happy with the ordering and delivery process. Unfortunately at my last order I was short changed. I was notified all ordered items were shipped., which was not true. For some reason the ordered weed puller was left left behind, in their dispatch facility. They never attempted to resend it, just keeped it quiet. They willing full did ripped me off. Only after I called their customer service, they admitted to not sending the item. No apology, questioned their conduct. They offered to send it as a new order, with free postage. My order was with free postage in the first place, not realy a special service. I will l be now rethinking my loyalty to them.

Didnt make it to the product, cancelled the order because of the amount of time had passed before sending it then got messed around for a refund. Certainly cannot recommend this place

With the bowl on level ground and the float installed correctly the valve doesn’t shut off causing the bowl to overflow.
