“Excellent product, unfortunately customer service and postage time is woeful. I can get goods from overseas within 7 days. Do not blame Australia Post as I have had this problem before. If you are busy put on more staff, simple!”

“Dear Hoselink - i do love you ! but i cant give you 5 stars. I have to say 'shame on you' for trying the old extra sell at the checkout. not appreciated by my grumpy demographic. I REALLY appreciated the black friday discount and fast shipping. Apart from that i highly reccommend your system as being reliable and easy to use. Excellent”

“Solar light with PIR works well. Plastic two way tap no good. Timers last 5y Max. My last one still functioning electronically but solenoid failed and no spare parts.”

“I recently purchased some solar lights for the garden. Where I live we get a large amount of sunlight, and very little cloud. The 6 lights slowly decayed 1 by 1 in a 2-3 month period. So really what I was looking for. The great upside was, i raised my concerns, we discussed a couple of days charging without use, resetting the battery. That didn't work. Hoselink replaced all 6 items under warrenty without fuss. So far so good on the new ones.”

“Received a mister kit works very well but you don't include a tap fitting so we couldn't use it until I ordered the tap fitting, I would have thought it should have been included with the misting kit”

“Love the high flow hose, just wish it didn't kink. Had a couple of issues with the join leaking but Hoselink were quick to replace it.”

“Much better than the one that I bought a couple of years ago because you couldn't change the flow like you can with the new one and you can tilt the head. I just wish it was a bit longer as its not quite as long as my old one. But you can direct the spray which is great for my hanging baskets. It seems a bit more robust too. The outer edge of the head broke away on my old one.”

“I ordered a 30m Evolve reel. Really happy with the build quality and engineering in the reel. Even the installation toolkit was a great addition. My only negative would be no mention of the drop in water pressure using this length of hose. I would have ordered the 20m if I knew that.”

“They are for Christmas presents, however my son has elected to use his before Christmas. He's impressed with the product, although we've since had to order 3 x adaptor kits, as we didn't realise you can't just plug them into existing sprinklers.”

“Happy with the durability of the Hoselink products in a harsh environment. They survive the quite saline bore water used here; clogging can usually be overcome by soaking in vinager. Most of the products are well designed, the new extendable handled leaf rake with a flexible width raking head is a case in point.”

“Some products very good but some could do better with quality and sustainability. The hose heads and hoses are very good Customer service is very good too The solar garen lights ok - but frustrated I couldn't change the battery and had to throw the old heads away and get new heads - needs a smarter design. The solar string lights had a very poor connection to the transformer - tiny wires not soldered very well. To their credit Hoselink gave me my money back - but it was a shame to have to throw them away after just 6/7 months use. What a waste of resources. Hoselink should make sure all their products are robust, long lasting, can replace batteries to extend life and should also consider how their products can be recycled too.”
