“Bought an Evolve Retractable Hose Reel. Mechanically excellent and sound. Strong spring back action. Easy to install with everything provided. Not advertised as kink free, but dissappointed on ease of kinking of hose though. Wasn't ready for the plethora of follow up marketing emails and texts. Ridiculous really.”

“I enjoy all the products from Hoselink….. the oscillating sprinkler is awesome, hose real is great, the connectors are exception. The only exception to my review- The digital automated timer was an absolute waste of money and the garden sprinkler system. Never enough pressure and always clogging. No fit for purpose .”

“Expert installation and credited our order due to my mistake with a cover order. Have had a bit of trouble seeking clarity about use of fertiliser. Can’t find answers easily to qtns and unsure about a few ways to use and on what. Always love getting my products from you.”

“Great service when replacement parts are required, though it would have been nice to know that an adapter for “snap fittings” was available when I first purchased my hose reel 3 years (or so) ago.”

“Purchased a metal hose reel box without hose included. Easy to assemble. I have deducted one star because the hose clamp was bent and therefore the join leaked. Had to go a buy another clamp - inconvenient. The box has certainly tidied up a hose mess at the side of the house. Neat and tidy and easy to use.”

“Canister and wall fitting standing up to constant use very well. The hose tends to jam and be difficult to retract of late. Replaced the plastic gun, would be great to have a metal gun, would last longer. Boys tend to drop the gun when washing the cars. The swivel gun attachment is great.”

“Purchased misting system with timer. Very happy with product so far, though have only used 10 times or so. A fine mist and what appears to be a quality materials. Far superior to another brand purchased from Bunnings. Would give 5 stars if it’s still working well in a few years.”

“I've taken one star off for one crucial reason. There's no method to lock the entire hosereal to your wall. Especially when its mounted out the front of one's home. I'm also having to develop a shade cloth cover for mine, as I can't see the plastic lasting more than five summers in 40° heat. Be nice if hoselink had some custom covers to disguise and protect when not in use. My wife loves em however, so, happy wife, Happy life!”

“I purchased the stand-alone hose reel box. It suits my needs well, as I live in a rfetirement village and it is difficult to mount a conventional reel on the wall. The unit is well priced and delivery was very prompt. It works well in our small garden.”

“Products are usually of a very good quality, I've had hose fittings permanently attached for several years in the Wimmera sun. That's enough to kill any plastic product, but these keep working. I've recently taken advantage of Boxing Day sales to build up a supply of spare parts. the originals have got to die sometime. The only disappointments I've had have been in the Solar Lights, some have not been 'Weather-Proofed'. The rain (when it comes) eventually finds an access point and the moisture 'Shorts' out the electrics. These are "Solar lights", they are meant to be outside. Having said that, I still have a couple of the small colour changing lights still happy to shine on 5-6 years later.”

“I love the products especially the new hose reels. My only question is why we can’t buy the hose reel pole that is constantly shown in your advertising and videos. The small pole you sell to fasten hose reels onto is sub standard, not wide enough, long enough or strong enough. Please look into this for future releases. Thank you”

“Great products so far but still find some leakage on hoses. Customer service is ok and returns are easy. However not having a store to actually visit is a bit frustrating. Maybe one store in the whole of Melbourne would be possible?”
