“retractable 30 m hose is a top quality product, operates faultlessly and the adjustable hose nozzle has the most adjustment options I've seen. I did have a retractable hose from a major hardware chain and it would rate a 1 at best compared to 5 for Hoselink.”

“Very happy with the Classic 30 metre variety over the past 4 years, have purchased recently the Classic 20 metre. Looking at the option later to possibly purchase more for my 2 sons properties. They have other brands , fairly new but my old one is still in better condition.”

“First of all, Hoselink products are so good that they engineering the products in such a way you can feel it genuine and top product. Secondly, staff are very professional and even I had to return the faulty product they didn't question it in depth and send a new one before I returned the faulty one. I think customer satisfaction is what they focus on. I recently had bought a retractable hose reel and a sprinkler. The pipe is very soft and doesnt break while bending. The colour tone and aesthetics of the products are appealing to the eyes.”

“Hoselink the best have used for years way better than conventional fittings doesn't pull free or break have fitted to our pressure washer and house even given couple away as gifts, gets a big thumbs up from me and an aussie company win, win all round.”

“Love the new line of Hoselink reels. Seems a bit different from the original but it’s all good. Not real impressed with the cut off attachments. The holes don’t seem to line up as well as the older ones I have do. Still a quality product so and I have no problems recommending the product highly.”

“I recently purchased a 30 metre hose reel. When using it I noticed that it was leaking from the bottom of the reel. I contacted Hoselink and they immediately sent me a new product and a sticker to send the faulty hose reel back. Very efficient service.”
