“I purchased a 30m Retractable Hose Reel (Beige) on November 19, 2023, and installed it on a brick wall. Over time, the bracket became loose and could no longer securely hold the reel. I emailed Hoselink to ask where I could get the right bolts and nuts for reinstallation. To my surprise, I received not just a helpful reply, but also a full replacement pack—including the bracket, nuts, bolts, and clear instructions. I really appreciate the excellent service and support. Hoselink went above and beyond—great job and thank you!”

“I love Hoselink, we use so many of their products from tap fittings and connectors, hose reels, tap timers, sprinklers, lighting, tools and fertilisers. The best thing is the reliablitity of the connectors, they really do not come apart, easy for maintenance, quick "O" change. I have just tried the new wifi tap times and they are the best, I will be getting more. Its hard to pick the one best thing so I will just say everything. Oh I forgot to mention the misting systems, fantastic as well, my ferneries love them in summer.”

“fantastic product and better service. Had a small issue with a product that was 6 years old. Rang them, no problems whatsoever, no questions asked, product replaced all I did was pay for postage. Cant ask for any better than that, Oh and its Australian!!”
