“The problem with my reel was not an issue for Hoselink. It was way out of warranty and except for a small nominal charge to return it for a service and repair it was returned to me like new, complete with new parts that were long missing or broken. I would not hesitate to recommend purchasing a Hoselink product purely and simply for the fact that thay standby their warranties and service guides. It seems you have your reel for years despite deterioration from weather and use.”

“I ordered a retractable hose reel on the 13th of Sept and it is now the 26th and it has not yet arrived and I have been given no indication of when it will arrive. My order number is HL2055402.”

“As in the past, the hoselink connections are very good and are the only connections available in Australia that are consistently trustworthy and reliable. The hoses are strong and sturdy, do not kink, and outlive any other band of hose.”
