“I am genuinely so happy with the quality of this product. The hose is durable, strong and I’ve had no issues with leaks or kinks. The retractable reel makes everything so much easier, and it’s incredibly smooth when it retracts. It's built to last. What also stands out is the customer service. They’ve been absolutely professional throughout the entire process – from my first inquiry to the delivery of the product. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about their customers like this. I highly recommend Hoselink. It’s not just a great product, but it’s a company that stands by its customers.”

“These hoses and fittings are well overdue on the Australian market. The fittings with shut off valves on the nozzles are are a game changer. Stylish designs and colours compliment the house and garden nicely.”

“Wow perfect! Besides no leaks or kinking and immediate response to retract its also so much easier for me to handle as I suffer from psorisis on my hands. The osculator covers such a large area, for me the whole back yard so no need to move around”

“Great customer service and so far a good quality product. The connectors are proprietary and twist to connect, but seem more likely to last in the long run than the more common push-click types. The hose nozzle has no springs, so won't rust out and has a good swivelling joint and a great range of spray pattern options. Retraction is slow and smooth on the reel.”

“We've used Hoselink products in the past, so when I researched purchasing a retractable 30m hose for our present home, checking out all the reviews of many different brands and price differences between them, I discovered that only one other brand (an expensive one, simliar cost to the classic hoselink model), was the only one with somewhat reasonably happy customers - compared with hoselinks very happy customers. I figured the extra $30 for the newer Evolve model was a good investment in the long run, with the explained improvements over the Classic model too. We are very happy with the new retractable hose reel.”

“I have been with Hoselink from just about the beginning. Its merchandise is without peer and I just recently bought a timer which as I expected is working magnificently. I recommend Hoselink to everyone I know. I have met Tom and some of the family many years ago at Brookvale when I lived in Castle Hill. I now live in Newcastle and I would never buy any other watering equipment but Hoselink.”

“We love our Hoselink hose, reel and it's fittings. The reel was relatively easy to install and the fittings are very adaptable. We use the hand held nozzle to do pots and the variable sprinkler for garden beds. It has lots of different shapes! It's also great to have the valve/stopper to be able to turn the hose off at the sprinkler end, though this is the bit that needed replacement recently. Mind you the service for the part was efficient and speedy.”
