“my review is very bad first the customer service is very slow i asked so many day befor for my website all files you guys didn't send me why and also replying after 30 min now i will say if you send me the alnajmat.com my website files in to my email it now”

“Hostinger has been most helpful. No matter what questions I had the response has been very gracious. I am very impressed with all responders. Thanks to all of you as I am sure many of us ask some really maybe weird questions, or at least I know that i do. It has been many years since I first made a webpage, & after taking it down and then deciding to put it back online, I was lost. But you guys were so helpful and I am finally getting it back online.”

“I run a news aggregator website. Hostinger keeps suspending my account because it occasionally picks up spam as news articles. There is nothing overtly offensive about the spam, and it is gone from the site within a few hours. They have pointed out that their terms of service give them the right to suspend my account at any time. This is true, but they also state that I will be notified when my account is suspended. They have not notified me any of the times they suspended it.”
