Hostinger is a scam service, they receive your money, cancel your hosting plan without any refund as they run ads. They will tell you they already transfer fund to 3rd party and you must wait for them. So they have no responsibility to recover your hosting plan anymore, also your fund is not at their wallet anymore. There is no deadline to receive info from their 3rd party. So you will lose your money forever. This is actually a scam service.

Hostinger are the worst possible webhosts. Your site is down. You can't login using any of 3 browsers, or your Cpanel. You can't get in through file manager to rename the plugins, and they refuse to answer emails or chat. When they finally do get back to you a week later their reply is 'clear your cache and please read our handy guide' Yeah, like we don't know how to clear a browser cache. The best part is their tricks. When you are looking at buying the host package they advertise 24/7 support and answer their chats. As soon as you have paid the money and login - the link to the chat disappears! There's no more tech support - at all. Your only contact is through their email address which is now hidden. You have to log out, clear your browser history of cookies, then go back to their site and the email address is visible again. You email them, but no answers come back. Just rubbish Do not use Hostinger for your website unless you want to spend more time offline than on. What they do borders on fraud. You do not get what you pay for and I have asked for a refund repeatedly.

With a lack of tech support, my site is down until I can transfer my domain away from Hostinger. This is the most frustrating experience I've ever had with a web host and I regret moving my domain to Hostinger.

Very very bad response time of support. Lot of downtimes and slow hosting. Already switched one of my website to better hosting. Will do it soon for another one. Cheap hosting resulting cheap services with wrong commitment while purchasing plans.

My FTP not working and technical support is very poor service, i never purchase any products from hostinger website and never recommend for anyone. My problem is still active and no any helpful support. I purchase this hosting before 7 months and currently i am very frustrated for this hosting. Always bad response from hostinger support team.

Hosting pricing at renewal are like scam, I wanted to degrade my hosting plan but after degrade it was even showing more price than previous upgraded one which made me forcefully pay around 150$ for upgrade

Support is not good because if anything asked on chat then I do not get an instant reply and not within the stipulated time as stated there. Many times replies received after the mentioned time so not happy with it. Rest is Good.

we have website Turebi.Ge we are travel portal in Georgia we have 2000-3000 costumers every day and content adding by users, someone add photos which of Violates the rights of the owner. you tour off my website. i ask you i need help, i give you access delete all content if it reported but dont torn off web site - i have no solution and i must move website other hosting its bad service for me

I run a news aggregator website. Hostinger keeps suspending my account because it occasionally picks up spam as news articles. There is nothing overtly offensive about the spam, and it is gone from the site within a few hours. They have pointed out that their terms of service give them the right to suspend my account at any time. This is true, but they also state that I will be notified when my account is suspended. They have not notified me any of the times they suspended it.

So many things to compain about with this company, which in total have taken several hours of my time, but I will just describe the final encounter before I decided to leave them. Firstly, I could not select auto-renew, and they couldn't save my card details. This meant manually entering my card details for 15 domains. Eventually they managed to fix this, but after selecting auto-renew, none of them automatically renewed, despite receiving an email saying they would be renewed - I wasn't informed of this either! Fortunately I noticed three days before expiry after manually checking, and so went to pay for them. However, the fun doesn't stop. They couldn't accept payment from my bank. I was told it was because of my bank's "payment gateway" was not working. Reasonable enough, but amazingly, this didn't work for two other separate banks either (despite the "payment gateway" working for other purchases on a different website). Each time I was assured that it wasn't their fault, but all three banks' fault instead. They were also unable to transfer them to another provider until I paid - at this point, I'm losing my hair over this, and I'm bald! Fortunately, after setting up Paypal specifically to pay them, I managed to save my domains. It took three hours in total of my time, TO PAY THEM. If you enjoy your weekends and your sanity, avoid this incredibly poor company.
