I had a query with my order and when I contacted House of tents they couldn't have been more helpful, replacing a damaged item and sending out some missing poles (assumed lost in transit).
The customer service team, is very communicative and supportive.
The Marquee itself is sturdy, and after some initial confusion, (our first time putting up a marquee) it was actually quite simple to put together and take apart and folds down to a reasonable size for easy storage.”
