“Good customer service delivery mediocre
The process of purchasing the gazebo was brilliant the product looks amazing the purchasing and delivery went well but I was give a full day's delivery time from 7.30 to 18.00.The packages arrived around 9.30 which sounds good but had i been given a morning or afternoon would have meant being better prepared. Obviously it's winter so just haven't yet put the gazebo up i have unpacked and everything seems to be there just waiting for better weather.”

The customer service team, is very communicative and supportive.
The Marquee itself is sturdy, and after some initial confusion, (our first time putting up a marquee) it was actually quite simple to put together and take apart and folds down to a reasonable size for easy storage.”
