I ordered the heavy duty shelter and due to personal circumstances, I couldn’t start assembling it for several weeks, and when k did start, there were a few pieces of the kit missing. I spoke n the phone to an extremely helpful and knowledgeable woman who worked out that an entire box had gone astray in transit. She arranged for replacement parts to be sent (some from German, the rest from the UK warehouse) and within 3 days, the parts had been couriered to me. 5 star service at its best.
The shelter/garage is now up, and is sturdy to say the least. I would highly recommend choosing a model with the heavy duty cover, and definitely recommend House of Tents.”

I purchased a tent in early 2025.
One piece was missing and whilst they couldnt supply in time for my event and I had to fabricate a solution, I contacted them again recently as I had 'forgotten' about it.
They were super helpful and whilst I understand the warranty period had passed, they honoured the replacement as a courtesy.
I often say its not a case of things never going wrong with suppliers, but it is how they react that matters and I would have no problem recommending them after this exceptional response.”
