HP customer service call centre would not process a refund. They need to escalate to Customer Relations Team. HP's whole customer service system seems designed to frustrate and annoy customers.
Avoid HP unless you are happy to be without a printer for at least 2 weeks.”
“Ive had a Photosmart C8180 for many years now. I bought it to copy all my transparancies to memory. I just keep the paper & ink topped up and have never had a problem with it. Everything works as it should including Wifi. It may be a bit bulky but I cannot fault its reliability and print quality.”
