HP didn't call back when they said they would.
No email updates in the last 12 days.
HP customer service call centre would not process a refund. They need to escalate to Customer Relations Team. HP's whole customer service system seems designed to frustrate and annoy customers.
Avoid HP unless you are happy to be without a printer for at least 2 weeks.”
