“I returned a product and received a confirmation email HSN received the return and I’d be getting a refund. When that refund never came I called and was told I would not be getting it because HSN never received initial payment even though the money was debited from my account. So many things about that do not add up and they could not provide any other answer. I’m having to dispute it through my bank.”
“I signed up as a new customer for a 15% discount on my first order. I had to agree to receiving text messages and emails. Then when I place my first order on line it says sorry discount code is no good. When I call into customer service they tell me discount code is no good. I signed up as a new customer early this morning. Clearly they lie to new customers, typical bait and switch. I would recommend not ordering from this organization, they lie to their customers!!”

“I ordered my wife a new hp computer for her birthday in September. I continued to look for tracking information. Today, I learned the earliest I may receive the computer is 11/22. No communication at all. Do not advertise on TV if you cannot fulfill the order. All I got from your company is a sorry. Businesses should not operate this way!”
“We purchased a mattress and decided to cancel the order since we found a better place. They refunded our money but then went ahead and put another order in and our debit card was charged again. For a month it was back and forth calls that got nowhere as they all spoke as sweet as pie and made false promises. I sent a screenshot of the charge and a rep told me they can’t accept it. I responded with you can’t accept a screenshot but we had to accept that you illegally charged our card and took food out of our toddler’s mouth. I ended up hanging up on her and spoke to someone who lied telling me a check was in the mail. When I asked him for confirmation of that, he put me on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up the call. Needless to say it took almost a month to get our money back for an order that they created. Never again HSN, your misery will never be my company.”
“Caution, caution, if you buy something through flex pay. You will have an insufficient fee hit your account if you have just enough money for the first payment. I suggest you run from this as fast as you can. Do not buy anything from HSN on flex pay. They will make show as if you have been double billed and tie your money up for 72 business hours until the item comes off pending. You will seriously regret making the purchase, if you try to talk to customer service about it. They will take the approach that nothing can be done, you have to wait the full 72 business hours for the pending to come off. I know this because I went through it. I will never buy anything from HSN.com there ever again, period!”
