Awful, the worse company I have ever used, it’s a miracle they are re still trading! Ordered my food, driver was on the other side of town and claiming he was in my front house, then was told they would not re-deliver unless I placed another order. Are they mad?? Order again from them??? Never!!!!! Went on to order fork just eat and it only took 30 minutes and they food was at my door.... absolute shambles, should not be trading.

Awful service. The live chat was a series of canned answers. Food went in bin. Will use a different provider hence forth.

Very poor service. One item not delivered, no option to have redelivered - only refund or credit to next order (the latter will NOT be happening). The food I ordered was below average and was so bland I had to add my own seasonings to make it edible. Also unable to leave a review on the actual website (what's that about??!!) In all honesty, a ready meal from the local supermarket would have been a much more pleasant dining experience. Will not use this company again. EVER.

Ordered, driver couldn't read a map or use an app so order didn't get delivered to me. Contacted Deliveroo who advised that second order would take take 40mins but I wouldn't be charged (don't forget I had paid and not rec'd first order!). The guys I spoke to including supervisor tried to be cute so cancelled. 7 - 10 days for a refund. Ordering from home should be easy - it was easier to go to the restaurant myself. Will not be using Deliveroo again.

Waited for an hour only to be told did had been delivered when it hadn't. We complained and were only offered a refund or to wait another hour for the food.

This is the last time I will be using Deliveroo. I did not get my food because apparently the driver tried to contact me- he did not. I tried to call the driver's phone myself and the number was not available. I I then rang up customer service only to find out that I wasn't going to get a refund or my food. I am pissed off and quite frankly, I will not be using Deliveroo again and will certainly spread the word!

I had a complaint about my mean (no meal) and the Deliveroo staff kept saying they were sorry and closing the chat. Waste of time and money ordering with them.

WORST COMPANY EVER!! i have literally tried to order food for 3 hours and they can't even manage it!! only want to give credit...why would anyone want creid from a company that cant deliver?? what is the point... customer service is full of passive aggressive pricks... not impressed. do not order from here!!

NEVER USE THEM... First and last time! I ordered and it never arrived despite the status saying `delivered`. Customer service staff name of 'Manuel' sound from Philippines were rude and unhelpful and the food never came.. Wouldn't come back and takes up to 5-10 business days for the money back.

I could give less than 1 star I would. Everything up until you pay is fine and then everything goes to hell. Food has never turned up on time and when it finally arrives it is cold and inedible. Drivers are clearly trying to complete multiple deliveries and this model does not work for fast food. Contacted customer service so many times and they are no help. Try and palm you off with £5 discount code. Not good enough - will never use again.

I've ordered several times and food is quite often later than promised. Today my order was cold and didnt contain all i had ordered. Spoke to two different people at their live customer chat because the first one hung up on me after telling me he credited my account (which did not go through for some reason). The second sometimes left me waiting for minutes inbetween interactions, after about an hour of total time on this chat I was told I would receive a credit of 50p for a missing dipping sauce. In general I think the food they ship is good, the service they provide themselves is really bad.

We ordered from a New Mexican in Northampton, the driver was friendly and the food was hot and amazing, omg the burrito pudding with brownie and cheesecake was gorgeous, will definitely order again, thank you

Well guys, honestly I've been working for a while in Deliveroo and I have to say that especially in Portsmouth we have great references! Haven't met a single really unsatisfied customer yet (sometimes in a bad mood..). Since everybody's b*tching about it I must say that I really like this job because it just not keeps you fit but also you can earn some good money. Maybe it really depends on a city... Anyway, if anybody is thinking about trying this job I really recommend it !!! Here's why: + Flexible working hours! + Good money (10£-15£/hour) + Awesome during studies + Keeps you fit + Simply one of the best part-time jobs I have ever had! - Sometimes you have to wait in restaurant because they are too slow - Could be dangerous if you are not careful +++ If you want to get up to 250£ extra -> after 20 deliveries, just use this link - https://roo.it/VI247765 - great extra £££ for repaing your bike :-) Overall I think Deliveroo is great company that will grow up much more, just give them time to iron out the kinks..

The worst service I have s we had. The driver never delivered the order and when I spoke to customer service they blamed me and still charged me anyway. It’s completely outrageous. I will never use them again.

This company will fail so fast if it doesn’t get its employees in order!!! We’ve lost at least £30 over a series of orders just 1 month!!!! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!! The restaurants have all confirmed they have made and sent the correct amount of food and drink and yet consistently we are missing 1 item for every order! Accidents are acceptable but blindly stealing from me and still accepting the tip we give you is just disgusting behavior
