The live chat staff and drivers have generally always been great, with some minor issues. The 4 stars are for them. I also enjoy the range of food options and services. However, I am mainly writing not to commend the staff, but to express concern at the management of Deliveroo. The company exploits their work force, who are not always paid fairly (see, for example, the strikes in Yorkshire), experience sub-par working conditions (including lack of PPE), and are unable to appeal terminations. I understand the argument about 'flexible' working, but ultimately a large portion of their workers who have few employment options (ESPECIALLY during a pandemic) are taken advantage of. Support Deliveroo drivers.

In Dubai Deliveroo is what is needed! They all come in the time zone stated on the app and are a reasonable delivery price

I just ordered a meal from Piano Hammersmith, it was the most bland meal I’ve ever eaten, absolutely tasteless. Give this place a wide birth, absolute waste of money.

Love the fact you can track your order on the way, reasonable choice of places to order from too.

Good to keep fit, code for £50 to get you started! Job has benefits of keeping fit and getting good wage of £8-10 and hour. You will have to pay for the equipment. When I started I used this to get £50 off my equipment after completing 20 deliveries. https://roo.it/HA151203

Hi. Just started with deliveroo recently. Great extra earner. Brilliant job for students. Be careful in traffic; be sure to follow Deliveroo’s safety rules and don’t take chances. Use code SA182804 to gain £50 bonus after completing your first 20 deliveries. This is a lovely incentive to get going. Be sure to enter code correctly; offer subject to change at any time.

If you consider joining Deliveroo, use code IE179728 to get 50£!!! I really enjoy working there, I think it's a great way to earn money for students.

I've been working for Deliveroo for a while now while completing my university course, it is an easy application process where you answer some questions based on videos sent my Deliveroo. After successfully completing these you have a phone call where you organise your first shift. While also selecting a met time to collect all of your gear. Deliveroo provide you with all the necessary equipment excluding a bike, helmet, lock and smartphone. The only problem is the smartphone holder but a very decent once can be bought from Decathlon for under £20. I normally complete 3-4 deliveries an hour at a rate of £3.75 so on average make £11.25-£15 an hour. Also if your customer doesn't collect his food after 20mins you get to keep it, on my first ever delivery I got a Five Guys meal for free!!! I would highly recommend this job to any student that wants flexibly hours and to not have to work on a weekend if they don't want to (going back to family etc.). If you have found my review helpful and would like a £50 bonus after completing your first 20 orders (you can complete this many orders in a couple of weeks, I average 3-4 deliveries an hour). This bonus was a perfect amount for all the necessities I needed to start riding and a few comforts (winter cycling trousers to help with the cold and the upgraded phone holder). My referral code is: JA99440 Alternatively use this link https://roo.it/JA99440
