We can also see that for many orders you have selected to ship by airmail. We never recommend to use airmail as it is Risky, No tracking & Long Delays & No compensation. With tracked shipment we will be able to located the parcel and we have a compensation policy for those. “In fact that I am from Germany and they respect the rules what causes that a Iot of their items are not available for me anymore I am not ordering as much from them anymore as I did in the past. But anyway I can say that I am very satisfied with every single detail about all the orders that I did as a long time customer. I had never anything to complain about shipping time, customer service, quality of the products or any other detail. Especially the life chat helped me out in a very friendly and professional way with every question that I had. I wish the world and specially Germany would faster change it's mind belonging to the service that companies like Realchems.net offer because this mindset and the laws following the same are the only reason why they almost lost me as a frequently ordering customer.”
