Delivery dates are highly dependent on the shipping method, so we always encourage customers to choose DHL, which is insured and usually takes less than 1 week within the EU. “I've made numerous orders with this company and every time everything was perfect. Quality was always very good, shipping fast and discrete, staff friendly, helpfull and fast to reply. I received every order i placed in 1 week. Rewards system works as well i was able to use my points to get discounts every time i wanted to. Very professional vendor and i would recommend to everyone interested”

“I don't know the reason why some people complain about not receiving products or other issues... I didn't have any problem, never. I suspect that maybe depends on the destination country, or could be a problem with the postal service or something like that. Everything have always delivered to me, sent 2000 km far away from here but taking the same time as a domestic postcard or letter shipment (only 2 or 3 days)!.”
