“Setbacks occur and on vacation dates they interfere more or less directly in the normal development of work activities, affecting the end customer. After being affected by these unforeseen events, I reported the incident to Realchems who responded quickly and after a few days they solved the problem by sending me the order along with an additional free-gift and two discount codes.
