“The hitter was shipped in a very timely manner, but arrived cracked. I sent customer service an email and they offered a full refund or a replacement. I chose a replacement and it was immediately shipped! The product came in perfect condition and works great! Customer service was amazing! Ryot is a great company and I will continue to purchase from them!”

“EXACTLY what I was looking for. As a longtime smoker and grinder-user, I have always been worried in the back of my mind about the wear and tear my grinders experience. Every grinder I've ever had eventually gets worn down and the paint and/or the metal gets scratched up, leaving me to wonder, nervously, if I've been smoking those paint or metal shavings. I've been searching for a high quality wood grinder for years to no avail. Finally, I found the Ryot Wooden grinder and was ELATED. I ordered it that day and I'm never going back. This is exactly what I was looking for: a very high quality, all wood (and glass) grinder with a larger size. The Walnut is beautiful and solid and the design is very well thought-out. The only thing I might improve for future versions is to include a kief-catcher. However, I'd rather have a natural, non-toxic grinder with no kief-catcher than one that leaks metal and paint into my herb. Cannot speak highly enough of this product. If you are looking for a natural material grinder, stop thinking and BUY THIS PRODUCT.”

“After much deliberation (and seeing RYOT’s gear splashed literally *everywhere that sells dugouts—great job, marketing team!) I chose their metal dugout in blue and now anxiously await its arrival. Easy to use website. Lots to look at. I look forward to seeing the dugout acquire a patina from years of handling. (It’d be cool if dugouts changed color over time as some bowls do!) Stay tuned.”
