“I would have rated you five stars, but to be honest your zippers suck. I love the pouch I love the design but my very first one ever had it only a week in the zipper broke and I didn't even pack at that full but thankfully they did send me a new one and it's still going strong but at the same time I can tell that's going to be the first to go again which would be the damn zipper. I'm excited to try out the pack rat pouch as it looked like it would much better suit my needs.”

“The dugout was as expected, which is great. The new wood one hitter is cheap in a word. The metal tip gets extremely hot after one hit, to the point that I burned myself on it. The one hitter then broke within a week of use. I ended up buying a new metal one hitter and still use the dugout.”

“I really like the look of the wood jar grinder I purchased but it didn't show up in a quick search. I had to explore the site a bit but am glad I did. You should advertise the wood jar body gr8tr online somehow. I haven't had a grinder for 15 years and I'm so happy with this classy walnut gr8tr. Good product.”

“I have purchased many products from RYOT and have been happy with them. Several months ago a purchased a "mini" grinder by mistake. I really wanted the full size one. I returned the "mini" along with a copy of the purchase order and reordered the full size grinder which I received (and paid for). To this day have not a credit or refund for the returned product. ????”
