“The shoes arrived next day unfortunately they came up very small. Sent back for a refund on the 9/01 still waiting for a refund plus having to pay to send them back.”

Dear Customer, Thank you for the review and I am truly sorry to hear you received a pair that were in a less than perfect condition, we would never knowingly send out any item like this. We have looked into this for you with our warehouse team and found the pair to have no unpleasant odor, the smell was consistent with the materials that the shoes were made from and not as a result of the item being pre-used. It is however, very important to us that all our customers have an optimum shopping experience so we have not deducted the cost of the returns label from your refund, which has been processed for you.
