Shoes didn’t arrive. Told had to wait for Royal Mail to look into it. They delivered to wrong address I think. Company told me I have to wait 14 days. That’s up tomorrow but I don’t hold out much hope of a resolution from the company. They took my money but didn’t deliver. Avoid this company at all costs.

They are massive in size and he can not wear them my son fits a 8.5 I bought an 8 and they’re more like a 10

Terrible customer service. Would not recommend. Will not be ordering shoes for my children in the future. Very poor a confusing returns policy.

Dear Customer, Thank you for the review and I am sorry to hear you are displeased, our returns period is 14 days from the date of delivery as specified on the website. We cannot refund you on this occasion due to this being outside of the returns period but are happy to accept the order back as we do not want you to be left with shoes that you cannot use. We have offered you Store Credit for the value of the order that you have 90 days from issue to redeem and this can be used on any of our websites. I am sorry for any inconvenience caused here, our offer does still stand, we are more than happy for you to return the order for credit, please do let us know how you wish to proceed. Having painstakingly gone through the ordering process (itself not easy, because of the segregation of shoe sizes), the website then refused to allow me to order anything: every delivery option was "unavailable" -- I was told to select another one, only for that to be "unavailable" too. I also find it highly suspicious that the company is collecting date of birth information: why on earth would it need that? No other online shop asks you to share that kind of personal info.

Dear Customer, Thank you for the review and I am sorry to hear you had difficulty placing an order on the website. The date of birth request is a Klarna requirement, this is a service we offer whereby the customer can pay for the purchase at a later date if they choose to and one of the requirements for that is that Klarna requests you provide your date of birth. We do not receive this information and our systems do not store the date of birth for our respective customers. I am sorry for any inconvenience caused or if you found this request to be offensive in any manner, we did not mean to offend or make you feel uncomfortable. If you still want to place an order we are happy to do this over the phone and we do need for you to provide your date of birth, our telephone number is 0116 326 0886 and our office opening times are Mon-Fri between 10am and 4pm. Wrong size shoes so returned got charged £5 for returning. Couldn’t use these guys again.

Dear Customer, Thank you for the review and I am sorry to hear the shoes did not fit as expected, at present, we do not offer free returns because we do offer free standard delivery, this is something we continue to monitor and hope to implement in the future. To counteract this, we offer every customer the option to buy a prepaid returns label for £1 extra & we cover the rest of the returns postage. We also allow one free exchange per order, should you need a different size. absolutely terrible merchant to deal with!!! they messed up my order and im forced to pay for shipping/return for an item, that i do not even get to keep in the end, since it became out of stock after. worst online shopping experience ever. avoid at all cost

The order should definitely have been quality checked before dispatch and our warehouse team is normally highly efficient in spotting any issues. Unfortunately this didn't happen on this occasion, we have since reviewed this with our warehouse team to prevent it from happening again. In regards to the returns postage, we delivered your item to a UK address, and we were more than happy to provide a free return if the item was being posted back to us from a UK address. The decision to have the item forwarded on to Singapore was your own, and we cannot accept any responsibility for the costs of returning from Singapore. I bought these shoes for my daughter, she has worn them for 3 days and they look like they have been worn for the last 6 months! Dreadful quality, currently waiting for a replacement or refund!
