“Unfortunately Humber Runner were subject to supplier delays so I received my item a lot (3 weeks) later than estimated but all the while communication was great. Emails were answered honestly and very, very quickly. I would have no hesitation in using them again. I can't dock a star for the delay as it was out of their control (Garmin are notoriously bad at launch of new items) and the service was excellent.”

“First time ordered from these guys. Excellent and would use again. The item was delayed (outside their control) but their communication was excellent and it was dispatched immediately once they got it. Very pleased. Could not fault.”

“First-class customer care. Despite changing delivery dates from Garmin and subsequent delays, none of which were the fault of Humber Runner, Andy and Tony did their very best to ensure delay was kept to minimum, and made it obvious that the customer is their priority. As such they were only too happy to provide progress reports on the telephone. Product arrived safely, and I am delighted with it. Thank you so much. I shall be back!”

“I pre-ordered a Garmin Forerunner 230 from Humber Runner. Communication was excellent from order confirmation through to receipt of goods. Quick, prompt delivery and well packaged for my delicate item and signed for postage, which for me is a must on expensive items. All in all excellent customer service.”
