“Call themselves 'specialists', sorry but no chance, I said that the trainers felt tight/small and was told it's just that they are new. I ran 1 1/2 miles and couldn't feel my toes down my right foot, I took the trainer off and then placed it back on and tried to run a further 1 1/2 miles. I was in agony with my right foot. I was not offered to go on the treadmill and was told by the owner that the trainers fitted me! We visited the store again and he wouldn't do anything, he didn't even look at the trainers and just said "what do you want me to do about it". I would NOT recommend this shop even though I have purchased items before from them. VERY POOR SERVICE!!”

We are sorry to hear that Ms Clark was not satisfied with her purchase. Our returns policy specifies that if items are unsuitable and are returned within 14 days with a proof of purchase, are unworn, unused and in the original packaging with labels attached and are also in a re-saleable condition we will offer an exchange or credit note. As the trainers had been worn and were not faulty we believe they did not meet this criteria. When Ms Clark returned the goods to our store we explained this to her. We also contacted the manufacturer of the product who supported our statement. We apologise to Ms Clark that she was not satisfied with our service and will use this feedback in a positive manner.
