“Booked Hunks in Trunks for my Partners 50th Birthday lunch, Paid them and spoke to them the day before to confirm. HE DIDN'T TURN UP. One hour after he should have been there I phoned the company, all I got was a 'Sorry' and an offer of a refund. I can never recover the moment. So thank you Hunks in Trunks for spoiling a 50th Birthday surprise. This company is unreliable and I suggest you look else where. Bob Dart”

Hi Bob, sorry to hear about this issue and how it effected your party. In the very rare situation that a butler wouldn't attend an event (as our staff have to confirm their attendance the morning of their event & if they don't they're replaced) we would offer to send out an immediate free replacement alongside a full refund. I appreciate however after the initial disappointment you may not have felt like waiting for the replacement to arrive which is totally understandable. However as I'm sure you can appreciate from the other reviews on the site, this is not something that is characteristic of our service as we are an extremely reliable company and so your review is something we'll take very seriously.

“Even after us needing to postpone slightly.. (big thanks to LivI for sorting that!) we all still had a great girls night in! Dave & David our hunks were a great laugh & thoroughly entertained our hen! Would 100% recommend Hunks in Trunks!”

“Danny and Dean hosted the first evening of our friends Hen do. They were fantastic, punctual, professional but most of all great fun. Drinks were poured for us and the party livened up, they led games and posed for pictures. Highly recommend. Thank you.”

“I booked the naked chef service for my sisters hen do. Dan the chef was great, food lovely and he left my kitchen spotless! He also catered for some of the guests individual dietary needs! Chris our naked butler was brilliant! Great fun, friendly and attentive! The service we received from hunks in trunks from start to finish was second to none, cannot fault a thing! Highly recommended! Thank you so much!”

“Just back from a brilliant weekend in Stratford-upon-Avon for my sisters Hen party! I booked a naked butler for the evening and Dean did not disappoint!! I hadn't told anyone he was coming so his arrival was priceless!! He was very professional the whole night, was more than happy to get involved in our games and kept us entertained the entire time. It was the highlight of our weekend!! I would highly recommend your company in the future!!”

“Just back from a hen weekend in Liverpool where Dave was our hunk and had such a great night. He was friendly, fun, put everyone at ease and came up with lots of game ideas and got everyone involved. He also made cocktails and made sure everyone was having a good time, so lovely and very professional. Made the hen night a great success! Thanks Dave! Hazel & Alice”

“We hired hunks and trunks for a two course dinner and naked butler service for my friend's hen do in Bath. Ollie, our chef, was great and the food was fantastic! Simon, our butler, was very entertaining and friendly! All the girls had a fantastic evening. Thanks!”

“To celebrate my 50th birthday I ordered a hunk in trunks to meet, greet and give my girlfriends a glass of fizz. Yaris was beautifully toned but best of all had a lovely personality, welcoming guests and chatting with them. I would recommend a hunk and especially Yaris fir mist events!! Thank you x”

“Absolutely faultless but certainly not ballsless! He got the party started! A bride who had been tortured at high ropes during the day & was beeling was certainly brought back in 2 party mode by the sheer presence of Dave & atmosphere he helped create! Perfect butler! Highly rcommended! Think the wedding might be annulled when the groom 2b sees the videos hahaha”

“I just wanted to send an email regarding the service we received on Friday 5th June in Lincoln. I understand it was the chefs 1st time working for your company, he was on time, very pleasant, cooked amazing food for 18 people all on his own and left the kitchen spotless. Please pass on our huge thanks for making it such an enjoyable evening. He did extremely well and cooked a delicious meal on his own which we were all very impressed with. Also a big thank you to our hunk, who was more than happy to participate in all our games and was lovely and friendly and made sure we all had a great time. Thank you again and we would definitely recommend your services in the future.”

“Just wanted to say that the Chef Richard turned up and the food and service was absolutely fantastic - couldn't of had a nicer guy cook the food for us. Myself and all the guests were really really impressed, please could you pass on our thanks to him for a fantastic job!!! “Christian (chef) and Andy (butler) were both fantastic and made our hen weekend so much fun and one to remember! The food was great and Christian was so friendly and Andy was just brilliant and got us all involved in great games and we were laughing for hours after he left. Thanks again and I would recommend the company, and the 2 guys we has to all of my friends.”

“I just wanted to send a quick note about our butler we had on Friday night. His name was Cassius and he was absolutely brilliant. I work in the hospitality industry and I know that people are so quick to complain and sometimes forget to pass on good feedback - which is just as important. We were a bit nervous as we were a small group and hadn't had a drop of alcohol when he arrived. However, he was so friendly and professional and made everyone feel comfortable which made the night a HUGE success. Please pass on our thanks to him and the relevant feedback team. I will most definitely keep you guys in mind for any future corporate events I arrange.”

“I just wanted to say thank you so much for the boys you sent for our party on Saturday night in Oak Ridge Lynch. Dean and Dani arrived very punctually we're extremely professional and looked fab and wow what bodies. Nothing was to much to much trouble, and they served the food impeccably, kept us well topped up with alcohol, and even played sardines with us ( I think they were a bit confused we wanted to play a child's game). All the hens had a fab time and will def recommend. Again our thanks.”

“I booked hunks in trunks for my nieces hen night / family get together , was very apprehensive as it was a surprise for my sisters and nieces and there was only 9 of us , but didn't need to worry at all , Chris was just what we wanted very fit !! although they were a little quiet ! Chris made everyone feel at ease and served drinks etc and kept us all entertained , thank you Chris for making it a night to remember !! Will definately book again Linda”

“Our Butler provided was Paul and he did a great job at entertaining guests. Always made sure you had a drink in hand. Suggested party games and kept the party in full swing. He Was very polite and met all needs of everyone at our party. Did an excellent job and would highly recommend hunks in trunks.”
