“It would have been 5 - unfortunately I did ask for 2 butlers in the buff and whilst Kieran did try his best it was confirmed to me a few hours before the event you couldn’t find one. Whilst I was kept up to date daily for 5 days I would recommend if you can’t find one Max 48 hours then close the window.”

“The chef service was absolutely fantastic, you couldn't fault him at all. He came on in and just got on with cooking a brilliant meal, even left the leftovers in a box for us to put in the fridge to eat the next day. Great evening was had!”

Hi Nicola, so all of our team carry with them their trademark trunks and a bottomless apron so our clients can choose the attire based on the type of party it is. Apologies if this wasn't clear and I understand if on the day you felt a bit awkward asking.

“Food was really tasty and everyone was pleased with the quality and portion size. The chef was happy to be left alone which was convenient as we were busy with other things. The first butler to arrive was Jordan and he was extremely polite and professional. The second butler was a bit late, about 10-15 minutes, but I wasn't concerned by this as we were fairly relaxed and I assumed he would add this time on to his booking. I cannot fault Jordan at all, he was wonderful, extremely attentive with filling our drinks and bringing and clearing our food. He seemed also to judge the mood and class of our hen party perfectly and suggested games and forfeits that were appropriate. The second butler, Peter, I'm afraid I cannot say the same for. I got the impression perhaps he was new or a last minute substitute for another Butler that had dropped out maybe. He was unprofessional most of the time and came across quite sleazy. It seemed he was coming up with forfeits for his own personal gain i.e. kiss a butler, lick a butler, how many times can you kiss a butler in 30 seconds etc. Considering the majority of our group were not single, this wasn't particularly appropriate for our group. He didn't seem particularly prepared for our party and was thinking on the spot a lot or relying on Jordan, although he wanted to have control a lot and make announcements to our group about what to do next. I feel some more training would make him better at this job as Jordan seemed to manage everything fine. I was disappointed with this as I had paid extra for the second butler's service and felt the night would have been just as good with only one butler. Also, we had 3 bottles of red wine go missing, which I cannot pin on anyone specific but none of the girls in the hen party had drank any red wine so it led me to feel our trust had been violated by either the chef or one of the butlers. I did not mind them having a drink at the party with us, I had no problem with that, but to take an entire bottle for your own personal use after the party is not fair. Overall, I would recommend your service again as I think if all butler's were like Jordan, as I believe they should be with good training/experience and not being a last minute substitute, then the service would be perfect! Our bride very much enjoyed the night and that's what matters so I am happy with that but it did leave a slightly negative impact on some of our hens! Thank you.”

Hi Ellie, thanks for your feedback. Glad overall everyone enjoyed the evening but obviously disappointing to hear it wasn't perfect. Firstly Peter wasn't a last minute replacement and works with Jordan quite a lot but we're going to speak to him about his professionalism as it seems that he has overstepped the mark on his behaviour. Every event is different and it is essential our staff judge how to behave. Also we'll request feedback from our staff on the wine and remind them of our policy about consumption of alcohol on events. Thank you.

“The chef and food were amazing we couldn't have enjoyed it more everyone thought he was amazing, but on the other hand everyone was really dissapointed with the hunk. He was a nice enough guy but very awqurd and stand offish, which made everyone uncomfortable. At first we though he was shy but a couple of the girls thought he was acting shy. To his defence he arrived at 6pm which was early in the party but that's the time I was given by yourselves . We just thought he would have arrived with a bit of energy and got the party started but unfortunately he was that awqurd we all felt sorry for him and sent him to help the chef in the BBQ hut most of the time. It wasn't till almost he was due to go that he got a few photos with us . But the night was saved by the chef.”

Hi Margaret, thanks very much for taking the time to leave us your feedback on the event and really glad the chef pulled out all the stops! Obviously it's disappointing that your butler Jordan was off the mark on this occasion. He does have a lot of experience working with us so it is a bit of a surprise but his staffing manager will have a conversation with him regarding his performance and I'll be advising that further training on events where he isn't the head butler may be required.
