“I returned a dress to Hybrid and after emailing Hybrid twice was told they had received the dress back on 10th January I am still waiting for a refund and it is the 23rd January this is unacceptable.what is the reason for this long wait”
“I have been wanting to make a purchase from hybrid for a while now. I made my first purchase last week and ordered two dresses, unfortunately one of them ended up being out of stock but the customer service was wonderful, I was emailed to advise and asked how I wished them to proceed with the order rather than them making an assumption.
The dress arrived and it is of a wonderful quality. I was so happy with it that I put another order through for the same dress in black.”
