“I've had Hybrid dresses in the past which have fitted well. I ordered 5 dresses and 2 jackets in the sale. None of the dresses fitted. One was a peculiar shape and too big, the others were all too small round the chest but fitted well elsewhere so all had to go back. I ordered a Size 8 jacket but was sent a 10 though the form in the parcel said an 8. Both jackets went back. The delivery was in a huge box rather than bags so it cost me a lot of money to send everything back. Disappointing.”

“Saw the dress & immediately ordered. I'm usually a size 10, but for comfort ordered a 12. Upon arrival the dress looked stunning; classic & stylish. Unfortunately however I've had to return it....the dress fitted almost everywhere perfectly apart from the arm hole areas on both sides; absolutely huge!!! Big gaps on both sides which as a result made the top part of the dress look odd. With a heavy heart this is being sent back.

We are so sorry you are not pleased with the fit of the dress. The current Hybrid season is now being made to a standard UK size, so the sizing should be a lot more accurate than previous seasons, so we apologise you are not happy with yours.

I need to try on different sizes and styles at home due to large top half and small bottom half so have to order a number of dresses. When I come to send the ones back that don't fit it's very expensive to do so!!!”

The styles in our Spring/Summer 2016 collection are now standard UK sizes. However, previous season styles do come up a little smaller than the average UK size, so if you are usually a size 10, we would advise choosing a size 12.

“Jacket purchased arrived quickly and communication was good in terms of order tracking via DPD. Delivery was not free for my order so at least with the tracking I was getting something for the fee paid.
The Dion Crepe Sleeve Bolero I purchased at £19.99 was good value and a good fit at size 12 (I am 10 to 12 on top usually).
The jacket is very thin, no shoulder padding and no lining on the sleeves. Since my purchase the price has increased to £49.99, it is not worth this.

DPD is used for all UK orders and on the day your parcel is due to be delivered, you will receive a email/text giving you a estimated 1 hour delivery slot. Unfortunately delivery is only free for orders over £100.

Sizing too small and inconsistent - I bought 2 dresses in the same size, taking previous comments into consideration, I bought a size up to normal. One fitted perfectly the other was too tight.

“I have returned the item as the colour did not match the dress I bought it for.
I was suprised that returns were not free by courier so ended up using the post office as told by dps this was the cheaper option.
As the item cost approximately 20.00, I was charged 3.99, which I felt was extortinate.
I will check in future the returns policy of any company before I place an order again.”
