I'm sorry to hear about the problems that occurred while using the Hybrid website. Firstly, we apologise for the parcel arriving late and we have spoken to our courier about this problem and they have unfortunately said the parcel was held up because of the busy Christmas period.
Hybrid sizes do tend to come up a little smaller than usual UK sizes and depending on the material, this will change the fit of the dress.
Unfortunately we do not currently provide free UK returns, but with any refund or exchange we receive, we do our very best to process these on the day we receive them.

All Hybrid dresses tend to come up a little smaller than the average UK size, so we would advise always choosing a size up. UK Next Day delivery is our quickest delivery method. To ensure you receive the item Next Day, please make the order before 1pm the day before.

“Pleased with the quality of dresses, may be a bit on the small side! Should be free returns cause we had to order 2 sizes to get right fit so cost a lot to send back.”

“I really like the dresses, although my only comment would be is they don't really accommodate ladies who are anything over a B cup.... I've tried a few dresses now which fit perfectly over the rest of my body but can't accommodate my chest.
I do think it's very poor that the customer has to pay for returns, considering how much the dresses cost in the first place, the least hybrid could do is cover the cost of any returns. Which is very disappointing.”

“Ordering the goods was quick and efficient and the quality of the product very good however the sizes of your dresses are not standard. I wear a standard 16 on top and 14 on the bottom and your size 16 would go no where near me. Also the courier service was not good I received my first e-mail giving me 1 hours notice of delivery and couldn't arrange to get home to sign for it, I then arranged for it to be left in a safe place or with my neighbour and I would leave the signed card for pick up from the safe place. I received an e-mail advising that the delivery man had tried to deliver but could get no one in and sent me a photograph of my closed front door. I then contacted the courier company again and asked why my parcel wasn't left in the safeplace I was then told that they can't take more than one instruction ie : either left in safe place or at a neighbour, the member of staff instructed the delivery man to leave with neighbour. They then wanted to arrange delivery next day and I advised could not do that as going on holiday they said they could delay for one week only at a time which I advised was of no help as wouldn't be back in time . I was then advised to contact the company when on holiday as they could arrange another delivery time. I phoned while on holiday and was given a cheeky answer of "we are not going to hold this parcel for ever". I finally arranged delivery on the morning after I arrived back home and the parcel was delivered only to be returned a few days later because the dresses did not fit at a cost of £11.00. I would like to order your products again but would advise anyone who buys a dress to order 1-2 sizes larger than normal and to make sure you are at home so that you can sign for your parcel.”
“Dresses are so nice and elegant. I have rated NORMAL, due to lack of tracking options for my order. I got the message that my order has been dispatched on the 15th May, however still do not know where is it or at which location.”

“lovely quality dresses, but they came up very small, was very disappointed, have returned them today for a refund via Royal Mail Special delivery, very disappointed that you do not offer free returns or exchanges and therefore wouldn't order again, it cost me £8.50 to return both dresses today, plus you won't be refunding the original cost of delivery, I'm £12 out of pocket & still no dress !”

“Quick delivery, but not happy paying for returns, had to pay over £6 to try on 3 dress, and only liked one of them, and that didn't fit. Have returned it to be replaced, and if it doesn't look right, will have to pay again to return.
Think returns need to be free!!!”
