Felt customer service on previous purchase unhelpful. Also found refund service very slow. On this purchase I bought a dress only to be told it would not be in til the end of February. Very disappointed.

I returned a dress to Hybrid and after emailing Hybrid twice was told they had received the dress back on 10th January I am still waiting for a refund and it is the 23rd January this is unacceptable.what is the reason for this long wait

Ordered a dress next day delivery on Sunday, four days later I am still waiting for it to arrive!! Especially after paying extra to have it arrive next day delivery! Also no tracking available other than the 'order has been dispatched' very poor service in comparison to the cost of outfits!!

I ordered the Hybrid Crimson 3/4 Sleeve Crepe With Satin panels Dress Red with Rouge, its a tight red body-con. Ive wanted to try the Hybrid brand for a while but given the price point wasn't sure. I have a curvy figure. Im normally a 10-12 in anything I buy. I ordered a 14 after reading Amazon reviews of the Hybrid brand generally and everyone recommended ordering a size up or two (despite Hybrid themselves saying the sizing is now correct). Its very tight and sausage like. If you have hips and a breast size above a C...I'm not sure how high up you'd have to size to be frank. Im an 34 DD/E with a small waist and I still couldn't fit in this. Sitting would be a serious issue. Im not even motivated to bother to order this in a bigger size. It would have to be like an 18! Additionally I should say that I got this dress on a super sale. I wouldn't pay full price for it even if it did fit perfectly. I appreciate that it was lined well (few retailers do that anymore at all) and the zipper was good quality with a clasp, but the quality of the fabric is just not there. Stretch polyester and satin. The dress is on the heavier side though so if the brand fits you and you want warmer dresses for the fall, go for it.

I am a size 12 but have to order a size 14 from Hybrid. I have bought several dresses, all size 14, but these two were massive and I have had to return them at my expense. As I do not know what size I would need to purchase in the future., I will no longer buy from Hybrid.

Even though I like the styles and materials used to make the dresses; at the moment there are not enough black dresses and I struggle to find ones in my size which is 18

Delivery was supposed to be one working day, 3 working days later I have no goods and can't find out what's happening

Hi Patricia, Thank you for your email. We can see that your order was placed after 1pm on the 8th May so the order was dispatched on the 9th May. Orders to Northern Ireland are sent through Royal Mail so will take approximately 2-3 working days to reach you. In our terms and conditions, we do state that unfortunately due to unforeseen courier arrangements Northern Ireland are excluded from the Next Day Delivery service. I asked for a 46 european size and it was almost 50.Way too big ... especially in the upper side.The material is ok, but for the price it's low quality.I wouldn't repeat the experience, this was my first and last time I buy here. Really desapointed.

Our sizes are now being made to the standard UK sizing, so we are unsure why yours is coming up slightly bigger. Hi Fatmata, Thank you for reviewing our service. We can see that you placed your order after 1pm on Thursday the 24th March, this means that your order was not dispatched on the same day. Due to the two bank holidays and the weekend, this has delayed your parcel arriving next day. Your parcel was dispatched yesterday (29/03/16) and will be delivered today (30/03/16). Paid above the odds for a Saturday delivery - the order was placed on a Thursday evening. I was assured that my order would be delivered prompt on the Saturday. I was due to go on holiday on the Sunday and ordered the two dresses for my holidays. My order did not arrive despite emails and texts from hybrid and DPD assuring me that the delivery was scheduled. This resulted in several phone calls from myself to DPD, I eventually said that I would come to the depot to pick the dresses up myself, I was told that the dresses were not even at the depot! Disappointing and a complete waste of money!

Hi Michael, We're sorry to hear you are not happy with our service. From the DPD tracking, we can see that the parcel was delivered on Saturday and left in a safe place. From previous orders, we can see that all parcels have been left in your garage along with other companies parcels. We sent a email to you on the 29th February to see if we can help and to locate your parcel for you, but we have not yet received a reply from yourself. The website is very confusing as regards to the charges I bought a dress that said €33.15 and €4.63 delivery charge when I got my bill there was a charge of €49.00 and a separate charge of €15.00 called purchase interest so the address actually cost me €64.00 this is not right and false advertisement I could understand if the prices were in sterling but it actually had the euro symbol on it . What is the charge for delivery to Ireland is this a flat charge all the time ? Purchase Number : # 30023 Kind Regards Sharon Byrne

Didn't receive all my order and without explanation. I also paid £15 for next day delivery and so was very disappointed to receive only part of my order but was still charged for all items! Emailed hybrid about this and never even got a reply

Hi Dermot, Thank you for reviewing our service. Unfortunately one of the dresses you had ordered was out of stock. We emailed you with the email address attached to your order straight away stating this, we offered to replace the out of stock dress with a different colourway or we could refund you. We did not receive a reply from you before our courier arrived, so we sent the two dresses out to you that we had in stock so this would make your Next Day delivery deadline. If you then replied to us, we would have sent the new colourway to you straight after. We didn't receive a reply until you received the items, we tried to rectify the problem the best we could. Not as it seems. The dress looks to be of a tweed fabric online and it was far from that in reality and doesn't even resemble the pattern on the website. Unfortunately had to send it back.

Today 9.12.15 I received my dress from DPD. They dropped the dress in a random house a mile down from my house and left it hanging on a gate. My mom had to go around looking for the dress as it stated it delivered it in the porch!! I may never have received the dress if my mom did not go looking around the village, it was for a wedding and was pure luck that we found it, DPD should ring the house before delivering to find out the location and not just drop it off anywhere! dress is beautiful

Paid for next day delivery on Thursday and order never arrived until the Monday! Pointless as it was for a wedding so had to return the item and find something else to wear
