The dresses are amazing, but customer service needs improvement. With my first order I recieved a wrong size. Had to return it and paid for shipping for which I never got my money back. Just ordered another dress, because it was on sale, I hope I will get a right size.

Was thrilled to find a dress for a function I'm due to attend and found the website and ordering process simple. I received an email saying my dress was out for delivery the next day - only to then get another email saying it was out of stock! The delivery company still sent emails saying they're sorry but they haven't received my parcel for delivery so can't deliver yet! How come I can order but then have to have a refund? How come the delivery service haven't been updated? Very disappointing.

I received my order there were no issues with delivery packaged well. Unfortunately there was a mark on the dress and flaw in the material. I contacted customer services via email regarding the issue and that I needed an excahnge. This was done promptly and efficiently. I have just received exchange dress and great disappointment as the exchange dress is also faulty there are two brown marks on the front of the dress.

All dresses are thoroughly checked when they are repacked and the second dress sent to you was brand new, so we apologise that this has marks on it to. I had ordered a dress online for a wedding which appeared to be in stock. I got an email a few days later to say it was out of stock. They were kind enough to offer me a 15% discount off my next offer but was too late to order another dress for the wedding

I am a little disappointed as I placed my order on Friday and it said next day delivery it's now Monday and I still have not received my items this is now Tuesday evening and I have still not received ny order which was placed on Friday I would have expected it today

Hi Kathleen, Thank you for reviewing our service. We can see that your order was placed after 1pm on Friday 19th, which means it will be dispatched on the next working day which was Monday 22nd. As the delivery address is in Northern Ireland, next working day delivery does not apply, this is stated on our delivery details on our website. Dress was of poor quality of material,not fully lined and horrible colour of zip ,will be returning as not satisfied with quality or fit

I received delivery of my order to find that it has arrived the wrong colour as ordered so I will be returning the dress.

Very disappointed! Due to reviews, I ordered a size up but the dress was so tight; I couldn't get the zip fully up! Lovely style, looked great on website model but, in reality, not the result I had hoped for! The tummy pleats/ folds are bulky & do no favours. Lovely quality though.

The item arrived in good time and is a lovely dress. I'm a 12/14 & ordered a 14 and couldn't even zip it up. I don't usually have this trouble with any other brand perhaps it was this particular style. To add insult to injury you have to pay for your returns I haven't come across any other company that you have to do this.

I didn't like the dress, it's so shiny and looks cheap. I am afraid I am sending it back and I won't be buying from Hybrid again because of the high cost of return.

goods received today, they were delivered to my neighbours house. I know I don't be home during the day but I think my order should have been left at my door rather than at my neighbours... it would definitely make me think about ordering from you's again and this was my first time

We send our parcels through a signed for service, so your neighbours would have signed for your parcel. Regrettably our courier can not leave a parcel on the door step without a signature. Was far too small even though I ordered from measurements and size guide. For saying that the original price was £100, you can get better looking fake leather from Primark for £10 - looked rubbish and smelt foul and plasticy. Have had to return. Not impressed.

I really wanted this dress for a special wedding so was thrilled when I found it. I put a order in for 4 dresses with Hybrid (this one being the one I really wanted) a few days later after chasing my order I was told the dress is not in stock and they had refunded me. I got the other 3 dresses and they were lovely but I was very miffed I had missed out on this one. :(

Placed an order last Friday and it hasn't even been despatched yet. Can only contact by email . Still waiting for reply. The dresses are lovely but customer service is very poor when there is a problem

I ordered dresses for Xmas. As the order was over £100 next day delivery was guaranteed. I am still awaiting my order day 3 and am very disappointed.

I ordered a dress to wear for my son's christening and it didn't turn up on time. I wasn't even sent a an email let me know my delivery wasn't going to turn up on time.

A very small size 12. I am a 10 or 12 in most other brands the dress was smaller than your size guide.
