“One bottle was fine and other bottle flip lid doesn’t work probably have to pull down myself.”

“The bottle is ok, although not what I was expecting and certainly not worth its price. The bottle leaks if it's not kept completely upright so I can't have it in a bag as it would make everything in my bag wet. The bottle also leaks if I tip it too much when drinking from it.”

“Having bought 2 bottles, delivery was very quick however 1 bottle leaked from the day it arrived. HydrateM8 sent a replacement bottle which was very good service.”

“Good product but postage is too expensive. It really put me off. I only bought it because you had a BOGOF offer running. Otherwise it would have been too expensive for a bottle.”

This is an express service of 1-2 working days (the majority being delivered on the next working day. You should also receive detailed tracking, a 1 hour delivery window and the ability to change your delivery address/date. I will pass your feedback on to our team.

“I find the metal bottles really good, the plastic bottles I have found the straw inside has split a couple of times so couldn’t use it, but other than that I’ve found them really good.”

“I love these bottles, they definitely keep me motivated to stay hydrated, the only thing I would say is when you end up paying for delivery they end up being quite expensive and mine constantly leaks from the top!”

“The bottle gives my water a bad plastic taste, and since I bought this to help me drink more water coz I already am not a big fan of the taste of water, this hasn’t overly helped”

Sorry to hear you're having problems with your bottle - this isn't a common problem we have had. We wouldn't advise keeping liquids in the bottle for extended periods of time and for a thorough deep clean, you can sterilise your bottle with a sterilising solution. I hope this helps!

Thanks for your review, Claire. Our Hydration Trackers can be taken apart for easy cleaning including the straw, mouthpiece and rubber neck band. We also have a range of cleaning brushes available on our website which are great for cleaning in the smaller, hard to reach areas. :-)

“Love the tracker bottle. Great quality & certainly keeps me on track with my water intake. I have had it since December & it is still perfect so well worth the investment. I also have the heated insulated pot & use this for lunch (mainly soup) I do find the food cools down alot, I generally heat at 7.30 & eat approx. 12.30. I have tried heating the pot with hot water before adding the soup but still find the food cools dramatically by the time lunch comes around. Highly recommended the water tracker bottle, not sure the insulated pot is worth the money”

We're glad you like your bottle. Sorry to hear you weren't overly happy with the colour. All photos on our website are genuine product shots however, the colour of an item might vary on different screens/real life due to things such as light settings. We try to show these as best as we can.
