Never received my parcel It got lost and never found. It was clear that the people I was messaging about thought i was lying I had to ask them twice for my money back. Won’t be ordering again

Hi Holly, We refunded your order. We recently received your order back from Royal Mail so i believe there was a miscommunication from your local Royal Mail offices and the parcel was actually in their hub and not lost. Sorry for the inconvenience caused by Royal Mail.

I had to replace my old hydrateM8 dog water bottle which I loved & found fantastic. Having had to replace it with the new smaller one I found totally useless it has leaked on every time I needed it over the weekend. Smaller water bowl space & totally fiddly to open & shut , in fact a total waste of time & I won’t be using it again.

The bottle is very noisy and sometimes water doesn’t even come out. I emailed the company shortly after receiving the product and have never received a reply. Very disappointed as was looking forward to owning one of these bottles

I use the the bottle for 3days and the bottom of the bottle broke . The lid don’t work either . Waste of money . And the service was very bad .

The colour that arrived was nothing like the colour I ordered. It was supposed to be bright coral. A dusty rose pink is what came. As I had paid extra to personalize it customer services refused to refund or replace. Terrible customer service. Do not recommend.

We're sorry to hear you were unhappy with your purchase. We try to show the colour as best as possible on our website by using a mixture of lifestyle and product shots - we do not advise basing your decision solely on the name of the product as people may have different ideas on the colour. Some colours can appear differently depending on lighting and computer monitor settings. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds on personalised items as stated in our terms and conditions. Apologies for any disappointment caused.

First bottle was advertised on Black Friday incorrectly .... it had different wording on and different colour bottle. The replacement I ordered, was supposed to be blue, turns out it’s purple, and all this company have to say for themselves is it’s their signature colour like the boxes they send the bottles in..... I’m sure anyone that’s ordered one of these before will be able to tell you that the box is in fact purple and these guys are absolute idiots.

Bottle was leaking and soaking everything in my bag after 2 weeks, sent video and complaint and did not receive a reply. Have now bought a Chillys bottle with zero leaks.

Bought 3 bottles and 2 of them ended up tasting nasty so returned them. Only got money back for one of them as I had the other one just a week over the year and it's a year warranty you get.

Thank you for your review. Our warranty period is 1 year and unfortunately, if it's outside this we are unable to refund but will always try our best to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, as the other bottle returned was 3 months outside of the 1 year warranty meaning we do not have the facilities to be able to refund this.
