Small water bottle for our dog. Unfortunately not as good as we were hoping. Can’t seem to stop the little leak every time we use it.

Ordered early Oct, no receipt of goods by early Nov - appreciate postal error, however need to ensure your suppliers deliver!!!

Rest assured this was a Royal Mail error and we work hard to ensure that all of our parcels are delivered within the estimated time of 3-5 working days. Although the majority of our parcels are delivered within this time frame, unfortunately, some parcels do slip through and become a missing parcel enquiry and we apologise this was the case with your original order. Not as easy to stuck drink out of compared to the last silicone ended straw I had.

I have not yet received my order that I did on the 9th October 2021 and have not received an email on when it will arrive.

I really like my 900ml tracker bottle as it helps me drink so much more water. Only issue is that I cannot take it anywhere because it leaks which is a real shame because these aren’t cheap.

I love the brand. Unfortunately the release button on the sports cap of my drinking bottle doesn't seem to work as well as it could and I have trouble opening it. This happened on day 2 of use. Its a shame but I still love the products and will buy a coffee cup in the future.

The quality is great but I put on the order sheet a red one and it changed to another colour and it took of my personal name off it as well which luckily the payment came off as well

Good morning, Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear that your product arrived with damaged packaging. All of our products are sent out in pristine condition and, whilst we do not usually have issues with our couriers, there may be occasions where a parcel is damaged during transit. I can see from our emails that this has been resolved with yourself and we hope that the recipient loved their new bottle.

Had two previous bottles from HydrateM8 - first being one of their first models and the next being a plastic spout with straw. I was in need of a new bottle and thought I would go back to the ever trusting company. I decided to purchase the metal bottle (no faults whatsoever) and the new model with no straw (sports bottle)...however I’m a little disappointed that the lid doesn’t open well with the press of the button - sometimes not at all - not sure if it’s a faulty bottle, but has become really frustrating and not user friendly. Being a big fan of HydrateM8 for many years, this has been a big let down.

The bottle is good however quite pricey for what you get and the quality. Both of the bottles I bought, the lid is already damaged and doesn’t flip up with the button. I have to lift the lid manually. But other than that, it does the job.

Hi Helen, Sorry to hear that the Active mouthpiece isn't quite right or you. We do also have our Hydration Tracker range available which has a spout and straw for easy sipping as opposed to an open-flow mouthpiece. We hope that this hasn't affected your use of the bottle and that you're noticing a difference in your fluid intake since using this!

I ordered a bottle at the beginning of July and didn’t receive it weeks later so contacted HydrateM8 through the email address on their website twice but never got a reply. I eventually contacted them on Facebook to which they did reply and raised the issue with Royal Mail. It took another few days for anyone to get back to me but after a while was sent a new bottle which arrived quickly. Although it was a lengthy process, when I did get through to customer services my order was dealt with quickly, however would recommend messaging them on social media rather than emailing as I sent 2 emails which they supposedly never received even though I got a confirmation email that my email had been received.

I’ve had my bottle for a week, it is a great size and encourages me to drink more. However, it already leaks and the top doesn’t open as it should

Great company. Love my bottle however ordered the frosted one and I didn't notice that it hasn't got a straw and is just a plain swig bottle.

Have received goods my issue is with the automatic requests for rating service when goods have not been delivered. This is something that needs to be looked at by your IT department.
