The outer frosting on the bottle has already started coming off I don’t put it in the dishwasher I only rinse through as I only drink water in it with somthing that costs this much money I wouldn’t expect this to happen as quickly as it has

I’ve had a plastic bottle with the straw for around 4 years now lasted so well however I have had to purchase a replacement straw and bottle top and the straw within one use had split down the top and side. I contacted them and they sent out 2 replacement straws however one of them straws has also split down the side. Not sure if it’s a new supplier or lack of quality control which had caused this.

I was very happy with the two bottles I got but I also got the dog water bottle and it’s very bad as it leaks when the water goes back into the bottle it’s very badly made for the price you pay

My soup only just warm at lunch time from putting it in at 7.30. I’ve added boiling water first to warm it through, not as good as I was hoping

I love all hydratem8 products and the delivery is always so fast. I wasn’t going to say anything but the travel mug I ordered has marks all over it..

The food pot becomes very difficult to open when you have hot food in it, and the bottles and pot scratch really easily so it looks naff after a few uses. Disappointing for the price
